How to troubleshoot Email Problems?
If you do not receive an automatic confirmation message to your email address, please check the following:
- Make sure that your email address is correct.
- Please check your Spam, Bulk, or Junk Mail folders.
- Make sure that your mailbox is not full.
- Please add our email (support@colorsepspro.com) to your e-mail safe senders list or try to use another email address (from a different mail server).
- Make sure that your mail server, spam filter, firewall, email software or ISP (Internet Service Provider) will not block our messages.
- If you continue to have trouble receiving email from us, you need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) directly.
If your e-mail to us is returned as undeliverable, there are several possible reasons:
- If your IP address is listed on any Spamhaus List (SBL, XBL or PBL) or SpamCop Blocking List (SCBL), our mail server will reject your message.
Please make sure that your IP address is not listed in the Blacklists:
DNSBL (Domain Name System Blacklists):
Resource to find out information on DNS block lists and check IP's to see if the are block listed in over 100 block lists.

If you want to remove your IP address from the Spamhaus blacklist, you should read the FAQ at www.spamhaus.org.
You can also contact your ISP to get a static IP address, that is not listed in the Blacklists.
